Delayed payment with Klarna

How does the payment process work once you've placed an order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the payment instructions and a payment link. You will then have 30 days to complete the payment with no extra fees.
What data do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
In order to pay later via Klarna, all you need to do is provide your name, address, mobile number and email address. The mobile number is required in case it is necessary to contact you. All invoices will be sent to your email address. It is extremely important that your personal details are correct; if the details are not correct you may not receive the payment information and this could leave you liable for any delayed payments and the associated costs.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Contact our customer service team via the support button (at the bottom right corner of the website) if you wish to cancel your order.
If you chose a payment with Klarna, we will inform Klarna about the cancellation of the order. They will then settle the order amount in your Klarna account.
What if the option to pay later via Klarna isn't possible?
There is a possibility that Klarna will decline your purchase. In this case, please select a different payment method.
