Fresh from your own garden
A lovely herb. Sage (Salvia officinalis) blooms a lovely blue. And it has also been organically certified. The sage is an ancient natural remedy (sage milk) combating infections and stress. It also goes wonderfully well with meat and fish dishes. Sow the herb seeds in March and April in a seed tray, or outdoors in a seedbed on open ground from April to June. Thin them out once and then transplant them outdoors. You can harvest from June to September.
Space the sage seeds 25 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 25 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Plant the herb seeds in a sunny spot. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The herb seeds come in a bag containing approximately 0.5 grams. This is enough to sow 2 square metres.
