Versatile seasoning
A small shrub. The organic rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) grows to approximately 1 metre tall. The stems and leaves are used in meat and fish dishes. The herb seeds are also organically certified. Plant the herb seeds in March and April in a seed tray, or outdoors in a seedbed from April through June. Thin them out once and then transplant them. Protect them from frost in winter or let the plant overwinter indoors in a pot.
Space the rosemary seeds 30 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 30 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Plant the herb seeds in a sunny spot. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The herb seeds come in a bag containing approximately 0.1 grams. This is enough to sow 2 square metres.
