Red twist
Stunning, ornamental grass! For a colourful twist to our green garden. The red sedge 'Everflame' (Uncinia rubra) has long, red leaves. They happily hang in all different directions. We can plant the evergreen plant all year round, provided temperatures don't go below freezing. The plant blooms with brown plumes in the summer months.
The plant does not require pruning. Just cut away the dead leaves. Put the sedge somewhere in partial shade. Water the plant regularly. The plant thrives in slightly moist soil.
