Plant the vegetable seeds thinly in rows in the open ground in March to August. You can harvest from April to October. Do not cut it back too severely so you can harvest the lettuce more often.
Space the lettuce seeds 5 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 5 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Plant the vegetable seeds in a spot in partial shade. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The vegetable seeds come in a bag containing approximately 1 gram. This is enough to sow 5 square metres.
