As soon as possible after receiving the Anemone Blanda corms plant them in the garden, or in pots for the patio or on the decking. If not they must be stored in a frost-free area – also corms planted in a flower pot are not usually frost resistant. Prior to planting soak the corms overnight in lukewarm water to help them get established more quickly. Loosen the soil well and plant the corms in the hole approximately 7 cm deep and 2-5 cm apart. Refill the hole and avoid walking over the soil. Anemone Blanda thrives best in acid soil, rich in humus, in a spot in full sun or partial shade.
