Organic spring
refreshing package of organic spring vegetables! Home-grown in your garden. The fresh cucumber 'Marketmore', the sharp radish 'French Breakfast 3', the robust butterhead lettuce 'Hilde II' and the juicy tomato 'Ace'. Plant the cucumber seeds under glass from mid-April to May then thin them out and transplant them into pots. You can harvest from July to September. Sow the radish seeds in rows on open ground from March through August. You can harvest from April to October. Plant the lettuce seeds under glass in February and March, or in the open ground from March through August. You can harvest from April and May. Sow the tomatoes in a seed tray in February when temperatures reach 20°C. You can harvest from August through September.
Space the vegetable seeds 45 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 45 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Give the seeds a spot in partial shade or full sun. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The vegetable seeds come in 4 bags containing approximately 1.5, 2.5, 0.1 and 0.5 grams. This is enough to sow 68 square metres.
