A healthy salad mix. Simple to grow in the glass cultivation kit. The sprouts look great in your kitchen in the decorative glass jar with stainless steel rack. A mix of bean sprouts, alfalfa, lentils, fenugreek and yellow mustard. The seeds are also organically certified. It is really easy to grow sprouts. Add a spoonful of seed to the nursery pot and add lukewarm water. Twist on the lid and pour off the extra. Rinse two or three times a day. Sprouts grow best at an approximate temperature of 20°C.
You can sow the seeds indoors all year round.
