Asian vegetable garden
Enjoy Asian vegetables and herbs from your very own garden. With this 'Absolutely Asian' package you can make fresh Asian dishes. The package contains a salad mix of mesclun, aromatic cilantro and the versatile okra 'Clemson Spineless'. and the crunchy bean sprouts in a seedbed on open ground. Sow the mesclun seeds in the open ground from mid-March through late August. Harvest the leaves when young in May-October. Sow the coriander seeds under glass from March through October. Germination takes about 14 days. You can harvest them in July and August. Plant the okra indoors in March and outdoors from May. You can harvest them in July and August. Spread the bean sprouts in a thin layer on the screen and fill a pot with water to the underside of the screen.
Space the vegetable seeds 25 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 25 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Give the seeds a spot outside in partial shade or full sun. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The seeds come in 4 bags containing approximately 3, 10, 8 and 30 grams. This is enough to sow 21 square metres.
