Aqua Test Set for measuring pH, GH and KH values

Usage instructions for pH testing:

• 1. Rinse out the test beaker several times with the water sample and then add 5 ml of pond water to the beaker.
• 2. Add five drops of the pH test liquid and shake gently to mix it with the water.
• 3. Place the test beaker against the colour chart and determine the value by comparing the colours.
• 4. Rinse the test beaker thoroughly after use.

Usage instructions for GH testing:

• 1. Rinse out the test beaker several times with the water sample and then add 5 ml of pond water to the beaker.
• 2. Hold the dropper vertically and add the contents to the test beaker a drop at a time while shaking the test beaker, until the colour changes from red to green. Count the number of drops; one drop corresponds to one degree of total hardness.
• 3. Rinse the test beaker thoroughly after use.

Usage instructions for KH testing:

• 1. Rinse out the test beaker several times with the water sample and then add 5 ml of pond water to the beaker.
• 2. Hold the dropper vertically and add the contents to the test beaker a drop at a time while shaking the test beaker, until the colour changes from blue to yellow. Count the number of drops; one drop corresponds to one degree of carbonate hardness.
• 3. Rinse the test beaker thoroughly after use.
