A mix of sprouts (Lactuca sativa) of Mung beans, alfalfa, lentils, fenugreek and yellow mustard. The young shoots are chocked full of vitamins and minerals. A healthy and delicious addition to many dishes and salads. The vegetable seeds are organically certified. Scatter the seeds in a thin layer on a grow screen. Fill a pot with water to the underside of the screen and place it on the window sill. Change the water every day. You can eat the sprouts after only five days!
