Powerful flavour
Parsley (Petroselium crispum) contains many vitamins and minerals. Flat-leaf parsley has a stronger taste and scent compared to curly-leaf parsley. Perfect for garnishing and in meat and fish dishes, dressings, soups and oven-cooked meals! Establish the plant in the spring. Harvest the parsley from the summer until autumn.
Parsley is winter hardy. Protect the plant in winter by placing straw around the bottom of the plant. This will allow the plant to grow again in the spring. Put the plant somewhere in partial shade. The soil should be kept damp. Only water the plant if the soil is slightly dried out.
The plant is grown organically. In other words, no chemical pesticides have been used to grow the plant. For a healthy garden!
