Soft and mild flavour
Lovely-shaped, thick and dark spoon-like leaves and a juicy stem. Tatsoi (Brassica narinosa), also called Chinese cabbage, has a mild soft flavour and goes well with a broad range of dishes. Tatsoi is perfect as a microgreen. These are vegetables that you can harvest at a young stage and eat raw. Spread the vegetable seeds on the ground and cover them with a thin layer of soil. You can harvest throughout the year. You can harvest the microgreens after about a week.
Give the vegetable seeds a spot in partial shade or full sun. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The vegetable seeds come in a bag containing approximately 1 gram.
