It is a must-have for your vegetable garden. The organic leaf lettuce 'Wonder van Vier Jaargetijden' (Lactuca sativa) is very mild in flavour and has a beautiful red colour. Great for garnishing. The vegetable seeds are organically certified. Plant the vegetable seeds in a seedbed under glass in February and March, or from March through August in the open ground. You can harvest from April and May.
Space the lettuce seeds 30 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 30 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Give the vegetable seeds a spot in partial shade or full sun. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The vegetable seeds come in a bag containing approximately 1 gram. This is enough to sow 35 square metres.
