The 'Egypt' is suitable for early summer cultivation and it tastes scrumptious in a salad. Plant the vegetable seeds in rows in the open ground from mid-April to mid-July. You can harvest from July to October.
Space the beet seeds 10 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 35 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Plant the vegetable seeds in a sunny spot. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The vegetable seeds come in a bag containing approximately 5 grams. This is enough to sow 5 square metres.
