A very special hanging plant! The Chain of hearts (Ceropegia woodii) has long tendrils with heart-shaped leaves. The leaves are grey-purple. The tendrils are fast-growing and can reach up to a metre in length! Hang it in the trendy, handmade Kokodame coir pot which is made of coconut fibres. The hanging pot is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. The house plant can even grow small pink flowers in the summer.
The hanging plant grows best in a very bright to sunny spot. Water the Ceropegia lightly once every two weeks.
