For prosperity and happiness
An extraordinary plant with a special name. The Pachira aquatica is also known as the money tree. In the Far East it is believed that the leaves can catch money. Two times the gift! Although the leaves are unfortunately not worth thousands of euro, the money tree does have many other advantages. It is easy to care for and purifies the air. In China, it is also a symbol of prosperity and happiness. The braided stem makes it a real eye-catcher. You can beautifully combine the topical plant with the trendy 'Igmar' basket from TS that is supplied along with the plant. For a natural touch in your home! The basket is made from seaweed with a plastic inner liner. The Pachira prefers partial shade. It needs a little water when its soil feels dry, but do not water it too often.Ideal as a gift!

Planting
What do I need?
• Planter
• Potting soil
• Hydro grains (optional)
How to plant the Pachira in a pot?
This houseplant is delivered in a standard growers pot. It’s best for the growth of the Pachira to plant it in a decorative planter. Select a pot that is at least 20 percent larger than the growers pot.
Cover the bottom of the decorative planter with a layer of potting soil. Does the decorative pot have a hole? Then start with a layer of hydro grains, so the water can drain away. The Pachira should be 1 to 2 cm below the rim. Remove the growers pot and place the plant in the middle of the decorative pot. Fill the pot with fresh potting soil and press it down slightly.

Care
What do I need?
• A watering can
• A plant sprayer
• Plant nutrition
How do I take care of my Pachira?
Pachiras are super strong marsh plants. Water them with rain water (it doesn't contain as much lime) regularly so the soil remains somewhat moist.
Give the plant plenty of water at once; they like that better than little by little. Add a little plant nutrition to the water in spring and summer, and make sure your Pachira doesn't become waterlogged. Spray the leaves with rain water occasionally to ensure a high humidity; they just love that.
A Pachira requires less water in winter, and it is best to move it into a cooler room.
