The Alocasia 'Red Secret' has purple and orange leaves. This jungle plant needs high humidity. Always keep the soil moist, without letting the plant stand in water. Spray the leaves at least once per week. This prevents the leaf edges from drying out. The Alocasia prefers moderate sunlight and so it should be placed in partial shade. During the summer, this plant can be set out on the patio or balcony as a container plant. The air-purifying plant grows towards the light. Turn the Alocasia occasionally so it continues to grow straight upwards.
