Buzzy Xotica Coriander Coriandrum sativum - Herb seeds

Coriandrum sativum
Tasty and aromatic
It is indispensable in the Asian and South American cuisine. Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is very aromatic and has a pronounced fresh flavour. The seeds and the leaves can be used. Use them in delicious casseroles, salads, chicken dishes and sauces. It also looks great in your herb garden. Coriander (Cilantro) blooms with stunning white clusters. Sow the herb seeds under glass in March. Sow them outdoors in the open ground from April to August. Sow them in rows and then thin them out once they emerge. Germination takes about 14 days. You can harvest them in July and August. The plant grows to about 70 cm tall.
Space the coriander seeds 5 cm apart. Space the rows at a distance of 25 cm. Plant at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cm. Plant the herb seeds in a sunny spot. After sowing, water the seeds adequately. The herb seeds come in a bag containing approximately 10 grams. This is enough to sow 3 square metres.
