Is Bakker.com operating?
Yes, all of our departments are open and are working in accordance with the restrictions put in place by the Dutch government. This means that we are applying all of the preventive measures and following the guidelines issued by the RIVM (Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) and the WHO (World Health Organization). This means that we are performing extra cleaning and are disinfecting our warehouses, staff rooms and transport vehicles.
Are all orders currently being delivered?
Yes, once your order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. If there is any reason why we are unable to deliver your order, you will be immediately notified via e-mail.

Is it currently possible to ship products from the Netherlands?
According to the latest Dutch Government Decree, there are no restrictions on the circulation of goods. Therefore all products will be delivered to customers’ address or pickup point.
Are transport companies going to support delivery?
The couriers we work with are all operating and are also adhering to the safety requirements. If the situation changes due to more stringent measures being imposed by national or local authorities, we will inform you via e-mail.
